By posting and publishing to Lookcube during the contest window, you agree to the following contest rules.

All participants agree to abide by the terms of these official rules and Legal Disclaimers, and by the decisions of Lookcube, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to the contest.

By entering, all participants agree that, regardless of the outcome, participants will not challenge the results of the Contest or file any claims or suits against Lookcube, their affiliates, directors, officers, or employees, arising from the conduct of the Contest.

1. ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open to all US residents, age 18 and older at time of posting. Employees and members of the immediate families (immediate family is defined as parent, sibling, child, spouse or any person residing in the same household as employee or consultant) of Lookcube may play, but WILL NOT be eligible to receive any prizes.
2. CONTEST PERIOD: The Contest begins at 12:00:00 A.M. Pacific Time (PT) Zone in the United States on May 10, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 P.M. PT on May 31, 2008. The computer clock of Lookcube is the official time-keeping device for the Contest.
3. ENTRIES: To submit an entry to the Contest, a user must both submit and publish a post to Lookcube. To submit a post, click on the "Click Here Post a New Ad" link and fill out and submit the form. To publish a post, you must click the confirmation link in the publishing email sent to you after you submit a post, and then you must click the Publish button on the confirmation page. Unpublished posts are not eligible for to win this Contest. Entries which are deleted by the submitter after publishing before Contest end are disqualified and not eligible to win. Entries which are flagged by our community moderation systems before Contest end are disqualifed and not eligible to win. Entries which violate Lookcube's Terms of Use are disqualifed and not eligible to win. Entries that are lewd, obscene, pornographic, or otherwise inappropriate to the Contest will be disqualified at Lookcube's sole discretion. All Entries must be in English. Entrants promise that the material they submit to Lookcube is (a) their own work; (b) does not infringe on the copyrights of any other person or business. There is no limit to the number of posts a user may submit and publish to Lookcube, however for the purposes of this Contest, up to 5 entries are eligible to win. No person may enter this Contest more than once using multiple email addresses.
4. PRIZE:One cash prize of $100 will be awarded.
5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:Lookcube will select one entry randomly from all eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified within 7 days after drawing date via an email sent to the email address provided when you submit your post. Cash prize will be paid via PayPal, sent to that same email address - no exceptions or substitions. Prizes must be claimed within 10 days of notification. Unclaimed prizes are forfeited. Lookcube is not required to award elsewhere any prizes forfeited by the chosen winner.
6. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By entering, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these rules and by the decision of the judges, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Taxes and/or fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of the prize winners. By entering, participants agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Lookcube, its directors, officers, and employees from any and all liability or any injuries and/or death, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in this contest or the acceptance, possession or use of any prize won in connection with this contest. Contestants agree to Lookcube's use of their names and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Lookcube is not responsible for incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete entry information whether caused by a contestant, equipment, or technical malfunction or for any human error, technical error or malfunctions. Lookcube reserves the right to halt or modify the contest at any time during the contest period if events beyond their control compromise the contest's fairness or integrity. Lookcube is not responsible for typographical or other human or technical errors in the offer or administration of this contest, including but not limited to errors in advertising, the official rules, the selection and announcement of the winner or the distribution of the prizes. Lookcube, in its sole discretion, may disqualify any entrant from participating in the contest or refuse to award prizes, if entrant engages in any conduct Lookcube deems to be improper, unfair or otherwise adverse to the operation of the contest or detrimental to other entrants. Such improper conduct includes, but is not limited to, falsifying personal information required during contest registration or prize claim, violating any term or condition stated herein, accumulating prizes through methods such as automated computer scripts or other programming techniques, allowing others to use the entrant's personal information for the purpose of accumulating prizes, tampering with Lookcube's administration of this promotion, or intentionally trying to defraud, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile or otherwise tamper with the computer programs on this web site. Entrant further acknowledges that the forfeiture of prize(s) shall in no way prevent Lookcube from pursuing other avenues of recourse such as criminal or civil proceedings in connection with such conduct. Lookcube reserves the right to modify these rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the contest.
7. INTERNET: If for any reason the Internet or Lookcube web site is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Lookcube which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this contest, Lookcube reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest. Lookcube assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries or transactions. Lookcube is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail entry or transaction to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this contest. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A CONTESTANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, Lookcube, Inc. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH CONTESTANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of a dispute, entries made by internet will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the IP address submitted at time of entry.
8. REMEDY:In the event that the contest is challenged by any legal or regulatory authority, Lookcube reserves the right to discontinue or modify the Contest, or to disqualify participants residing in the affected geographic areas. In such event, Lookcube shall have no liability to any players who are disqualified due to such an action. In no event will Lookcube, their directors, officers, employees, agents or representatives be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including direct indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of participant's access to and use of the Lookcube website or other web sites utilized in this competition or the downloading or uploading and/or printing of material from said sites. Without limiting the foregoing, everything on Lookcube's site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Some jurisdictions may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so some of the foregoing limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. Check your local laws for any restrictions or limitations regarding these limitations or exclusions. In any dispute regarding a competition, the decision of Lookcube shall be final and binding. By entering, participants agree to these rules and that the decision of Lookcube is final and binding in all matters relating to the competition.
